My name is Evangeline “Penny” Torry, and I am the owner of Trinity Notary Services, LLC. Serving the counties of Prince William, Loudoun, Fairfax, and surrounding cities.
A Commissioned Notary Public in Virginia, certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the National Notary Association (NNA), maintaining active membership with both the NNA and the American Association of Notaries.
